I take your event seriously and I know the magic happens when all parties are fully committed. Please take your time to consider our terms and conditions of booking.

My Commitments and Responsibilities
- The Planner will deliver to the best of her professional abilities all of the services as outlined within the chosen package description.
- The Planner will provide advice and recommendations to the Couple in order for them to make decisions in relation to their Wedding.
Photography
With your permission, I would love to include selected photographs from your event, for the purpose of promoting my services. This would be subject to. permission from your event photographer and I would also seek your express consent in relation to each photograph. If you are happy to discuss this after your event, I would be grateful if you could tick the relevant box!
Your Commitments and Responsibilities
- The Couple are responsible for paying all suppliers of goods and services directly and in full.
- The Couple will provide the Planner with clear instructions regarding their requirements, and will notify the Planner of any factors which appear relevant to the planning of the event.
- The Couple will grant the Planner with authority to deal with suppliers on their behalf.
- In the event that a Pinterest Board is created by the Planner, the Couple shall allow the
Planner to share that Board for promotional purposes after the Wedding. - The Couple shall provide a meal for the Planner at the wedding.
Liability
- The Planner shall not be held liable for the non-performance or negligence of any third-party supplier.
- The Planner shall not be held liable for any loss resulting from Force Majeure including royal demise, public or national calamity or disaster, epidemic, war, fire or act of god, or inclement weather.
- Neither party shall be held liable for any consequential loss incurred for whatever reason arising out of claim of a third-party to this agreement.
Cancellations
- In the event of a cancellation of the wedding by the Couple, the Couple will remain liable for the full cost under this agreement, except at the discretion of the Planner.
- In the event that the couple seek to change the date or location of the wedding for any reason outside of the control of The Planner, then this will be subject to the discretion of The Planner. Should such changes not be agreed by The Planner then the full cost under this agreement shall become payable immediately. In the event that such changes are not agreed by The Planner, then no entitled to refunds of staged payments shall arise, except at the discretion of The Planner.
- In the event of cancellation by The Planner, a refund will be given subject to a proportionate deduction in respect of work carried out.
- In the event that The Planner is unable to fulfil her contractual obligations for unforeseen circumstances, then liability for damages in respect of that non-fulfilment shall not exceed the value of consideration under this contract.
