Initial Planning Consultation Meeting
This hour-long meeting is free and comes with no obligation. It’s a chance to chat and get to know each other. I’ll take notes to help shape my ideas for your occasion.
Should you choose me as your bespoke event planner, you’ll be sent a full set of notes packed with suggestions. Then you just need to choose which package, or combination of packages, you would like.
Bespoke Full Planning Service
If you’d like me to organise the entire event, the full package includes:
- Finding a suitable venue if you haven’t already chosen one
- Planning for a particular style or theme
- Creating an event plan to cover every aspect, from food choices to entertainment
- Recommending and sourcing suppliers and then co-ordinating with them
- Finding and co-ordinating the supplies needed to style your venue
- Setting up the venue to ensure everything is prepared as planned
On the day co-ordination
Party Styling and Set Up Service
Maybe you’ve planned most of the party but would like some additional help? Or perhaps you need someone else to style and set up the venue? This package includes:
- My free initial consultation. This should take place at least a month before the party where we’ll pin down progress and planning.
- On-going contact and co-ordination with you. I’ll double-check preparations and ensure all necessary styling supplies are on track.
- Setting up and styling the venue on the day to your vision.
On-the-Day Co-ordination Package
Do you need someone to take charge on the day? This package includes:
- My free initial consultation. This should take place at least a month before the party to discuss planning and progress.
- On-going contact and co-ordination with you. I’ll check your preparations are finalised.
- Personal support from the start of the day to make sure supplies, guests and entertainment arrive on time and in the right place.
- Continued support to the end of the event to keep things on track.
Partial Planning Service
If you’ve started the planning journey and now need a little extra support, LND Events is here to help. We understand how everyone’s needs are different, which is why we’ll create a bespoke package based on your plans so far. I can deliver ultimate peace of mind.
