Rest assured, your wedding will be about you and your taste. Nothing is booked or happens without your approval. All you’ll need to do is enjoy it!
Your wedding planning starts here
We will arrange a meet-up as soon as possible to get to know each other. This meeting is complimentary and comes with no obligation to go any further. You must be sure you are happy with LND Events and that you see us as the right fit to continue the planning journey together. At this point we can discuss the various packages we offer in more detail so you can go away and think about how we suit your needs best.
Full Planning
Full planning is always headed up by Ellen. It covers every aspect of your wedding. It can start with venue finding — we know lots of lovely ones, but if you’ve got that aspect covered and now don’t know where to begin, that’s where Ellen comes in.
- She will source suppliers that help make up the key elements of your big day based on your tastes and style.
- Design a styling concept for you so your venue or marquee will be the perfect representation of how you imagine your big day to look.
- Source any additional suppliers to make that happen.
- Set up your wedding. You can be as hands-on as you wish when it comes to this aspect but knowing Ellen is there to lead this and have it all in hand means you can spend the run-up to the big day concentrating on yourselves or spending quality time with those nearest and dearest to you.
- The LND team will then coordinate the day so you can relax and enjoy the day properly as you should.
Prices start from £5,000
Partial / Bespoke Planning
This is similar to full planning but it is for those of you who have begun the wedding planning journey and for whatever reason now need to get a planner involved.
You may have booked in some suppliers already or started designing how you want the day to look but don’t know how to continue.
Ellen will work on what has been done so far and then devise a finishing quote based on that.
Co-ordination
If you wanted this as a stand-alone package then:
- We will discuss your day and what, if any, traditions you want to include in it which will enable us to create a timeline for you that ensures the day runs smoothly and incorporates all that is important to you.
- Six weeks before the wedding your coordinator will check in with you and see if your timeline is still accurate or whether you’ve had any changes of heart—which is totally fine, we can just go back through things and re-order them.
- At this point, we will also ask you for all your suppliers’ details so we can contact them and make LND Events their new point of call for the day.
- The day before, your coordinator will come and do a site visit with you so we can see your set-up and how that will work against your timeline.
- On the day we will arrive at least half an hour before your first supplier is due on site and stay until the last formality is underway.

Additional Services
Design Service
Ellen is often asked what the difference is between a stylist and a planner.
Planners (Ellen included) can offer a design service which is creating the look you want to achieve, at the back end of your wedding. It includes examples such as curating anything needed to be hired, working with a florist to design a look, and securing lighting for the right atmosphere—basically bringing your Pinterest board to life.
Stylists/ styling is the action of bringing this all to life on the day and making it look amazing.
There is room to work with both a planner and a stylist (Ellen works with some brilliant ones) but if you are looking to engage with LND Events to run your coordination, this is brilliant add-on.
We love that all our couples are unique and Ellen wants to bring that to the forefront of our plans so rather than her signature style, you will get a day which represents you, your personality and your tastes.
This is a bespoke quote based on what stage you have got to in your wedding planning journey AND it is only bookable in conjunction with coordination not as a standalone package.
Please note: it is already included in full and partial planning.
Set-up Service
If you have decided to design and style your own wedding but would appreciate an expert spare pair of hands to help you set up or you would like me to do the full set up of your venue/marquee so you can concentrate on other things, this is the package for you.
I will arrange a hand over meeting to go through your ideas, what you’ve hired or ordered to make the design come to life and work together to discuss where we feel these would be best placed so on the set up day(s) you can trust me to bring your vision to life.
- Price is £450 for the set up day and meeting (up to an hour).
- £300 per day for any subsequent set up days based on an 8 hour day.
Extra Hours
There is no time limit on the coordination part of any of the packages but we find there is little need for a coordinator once the formalities are over and you’re just partying the night away.
That said, we appreciate when you’re really enjoying the party, the last thing you want to think about is blowing out the candles and securing your marquee for the night. So, if you need one of the team to stay until the end, this is charged at £50 an hour and can be worked out once your official timeline is complete.
Clean Up
If needed (either at an hourly or a full day rate) we can also tidy and pack everything away for you the next day so all you have to think about is the hangover and how amazing your wedding day was!
Please note: this excludes any professional deep clean that certain venues may require but we can arrange for this to be included in the quote.
Price is £400 for a full day based on 8 hours or £200 for a half day based on 4 hours.
Other Packages
Pop the Questions Consultancy
This package is for couples who, to date have not considered the need for a planner to be present throughout their wedding journey or on their day but would welcome a comprehensive chat to set them off on the right track to planning their special day.
This is run by Ellen who is here to listen and advise on as many aspects of your wedding day as you want. Examples of things you may want to talk about include, but are not definitive of:
- How best to structure your day.
- At what stage should you book all the things you’d like to incorporate in your day.
- How to get the best out of the space you’ve booked to host your occasion.
This package also makes the perfect gift for any engaged couples so please do get in touch to learn more about how to turn this into a gift voucher option.
- The price is £50 based on a one-hour meeting or,
- £100 based on two hours with a full copy of my notes post-meeting.
